HELLO!!

As some of you may know, I am a Vice President for Academic Student Engagement at the College of Coastal Georgia... but here is a little window to my personal life:

I was born in Neiva (Colombia) in 1980 (you do the math as my grandma in law would say), I have a B.S. in Physics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a M.S. in Mathematics and Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Wichita State University, but that's it! I know you did not click to read about this, so here you go:

I am happily married to Diana Leal (also from Colombia), Director of Enterprise Applications at the College of Coastal Georgia. Diana has a B.A. in Economics and M.A. in Economics from Wichita State University, and a Doctorate in Public Administration from Valdosta State University.

Not High-School Sweethearts... more like bowling sweethearts since she was 9 and I was 11 years old!!!

Some other hobbies include: Computers (of course), PC Gaming, Table Tennis and Billiards.
